Working Principle

1. Water Circulation

The water pump transfers water from the internal reservoir to the evaporator area. Excess water returns to the reservoir to support continuous circulation during the freezing process.

2. Refrigeration and Freezing

The refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to remove heat from the circulating water. As the water temperature decreases, ice forms on the evaporator surface.

3. Ice Formation and Harvest

Once the ice reaches the preset condition, the machine enters the ice harvest stage and separates the formed cubes from the evaporator surface. The ice then falls into the insulated storage bin.

4. Automatic Repeat Cycle

When the storage bin is not full, the machine automatically continues the next ice-making cycle. When the ice bin reaches the full level, the corresponding protection function stops ice production until additional storage space becomes available.
