Automatic Crescent Ice Maker comes from YOMAN, a trusted Chinese factory. This fully-automatic unit is equipped with a 1.8L water tank to produce crystal-clear, low-clustering crescent ice cubes. It supports 24-hour unattended operation, built-in auto-cleaning and multi-fault early-warning functions. Its scale-resistant stainless-steel evaporator fits bars, tea-drink shops, homestays and other commercial sites. OEM customization is available. The 1.2kg ice bin temporarily stores finished ice. With stable theoretical 15kg/24h output, it reduces manual intervention and daily operational burdens for small-and-medium-size commercial users.
The automatic crescent ice maker is a micro-computer controlled water-fed ice-making unit oriented for light-commercial use, developed and manufactured by YOMAN. Relying on internal electronic control mainboard, it completes full ice-making logic without manual operation for ice-forming, harvest and auto-stop. Tap-water inlet is supported, and manual water-tank version is optional. It targets tea-drink stores, cocktail bars, homestays and small-size hotels requiring long-term steady ice supply. OEM private-label service is available for cross-border traders to develop self-owned commercial product lines.
Automated Ice - making Workflow
After water source and power are connected, the unit automatically fills water. Once water level reaches requirement, freeze cycle starts and water freezes layer-by-layer on evaporator surface to form crescent ice.
When ice reaches preset thickness, mainboard triggers harvest cycle; hot gas flows into evaporator, ice slides down by gravity into ice bin. Ice-bin sensor sends full-ice signal and the machine pauses ice-making automatically. When ice level drops below threshold, the whole cycle restarts. When preset maintenance cycle arrives, auto water-circuit cleaning runs, then the unit returns to standby status.
Automatic Control Function Analysis
Micro-computer mainboard centrally manages the whole unit, integrating water-level monitoring, full-ice sensing, temperature sensing and fault-alarm modules.
Water-level sensor monitors tank status in real-time; water shortage triggers audible-visual alarm and halts ice-making to protect compressor. Full-ice sensor monitors ice bin volume for auto start-stop.
Temperature probes collect evaporator and ambient temperature to fine-tune cycle duration for varied surroundings. Fault codes show on control panel under abnormal conditions for quick troubleshooting. Pre-programmed logic reduces failures caused by human mis-operation.
Advantages for Commercial Continuous Operation
For commercial business hours, the Automatic Crescent Ice Maker supports long-term intermittent cyclic ice-making without full-time operator. Auto start-stop logic avoids useless idling and helps save energy.
Built-in auto-clean cycles mitigate limescale accumulation under heavy daily-use. Fault-code display lowers communication barriers for non-professional maintenance staff.
Real-world yield may drop under high ambient temperature during long-time running.
The 1.2kg ice bin is only for temporary storage and not suitable for high-traffic large-scale foodservice venues with massive continuous ice consumption.
Note: 15kg/24h is theoretical output under standard lab conditions.
1. Q: Can this Automatic Crescent Ice Maker produce continuous 15 - kg ice non - stop 24 - 7 once water is connected?
A: 15kg/24h is theoretical output under standard lab conditions. Real-world performance is affected by ambient and inlet-water temperature. The unit auto-pauses when ice bin reaches1.2kg capacity and restarts after ice is consumed, so non-stop continuous output cannot be achieved.
2. Q: Is manual cleaning still required under automatic mode?
A: Built-in auto-cleaning cycle is available and recommended to run periodically. Deep manual flushing is still suggested for locations with hard local water to mitigate limescale deposits.
3. Q: Is customization available? What are MOQ and lead - time?
A: OEM custom logo, voltage and packaging are supported. MOQ for first order is 500 units. Repeat orders can be full-container shipments. Normal production lead-time is around 45 working days after deposit receipt.
